1. License

When you purchase BookIllustrationAI, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the template source code as a standalone product or competing template.

2. Ownership

You own the applications you build with BookIllustrationAI. We retain ownership of the template itself, including all intellectual property rights.

3. Updates

• Starter plan: Does not include updates. You receive the version available at the time of purchase.
• Pro plan: Includes lifetime updates via the private GitHub repository.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once you have accessed the source code. If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will work to resolve them.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

BookIllustrationAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While BookIllustrationAI is built with security best practices, we do not guarantee that the template is free from vulnerabilities or that it will meet your specific security requirements. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing your own application.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookIllustrationAI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Security breaches, data leaks, or unauthorized access in applications you build
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Damages resulting from modifications you make to the template
• Damages resulting from misconfiguration of third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, etc.)
• Any other damages arising from your use of the template

You are fully responsible for the security, compliance, and operation of any application you build using this template. The template provides a starting point with security best practices, but it is your responsibility to audit, test, and maintain your application's security posture.

7. Your Responsibilities

By using BookIllustrationAI, you agree to:

• Keep your API keys and credentials secure
• Review and test your application before deploying to production
• Implement additional security measures as needed for your use case
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (GDPR, etc.)
• Not use the template for any illegal or harmful purposes

8. Third-Party Services

BookIllustrationAI integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, and Resend. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of these services. You must agree to their respective terms of service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms, including redistributing the template source code.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the template after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
